Thank you for choosing Special Needs Decluttering, LLC.

Please review the following terms to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.

Purging Responsibility: The removal and disposal of any purged items are the responsibility of the student and parent/guardian.

Minimize Distractions & Technology Requirements:
To get the most out of each session, please arrive early to get settled, ensure your child has access to a quiet space, a stable internet connection, and a device with Zoom installed. Parental support may be needed, if your child needs additional support.

Marketing, Photography & Confidentiality Consent: Client agrees to anonymous documentation of the decluttering process (before, during, and after) for use in marketing, including press, social media, and company website. No names, faces, or personal details will be shared without permission. If the client shares their own photos publicly, credit to the Company is appreciated. All client information is confidential unless express permission is given. If used as an example in a podcast or teaching, details will remain general and non-identifying.

Missed Appointments & Cancellations: We understand that life happens. Grace will be extended for missed or canceled sessions due to illness (by either party). Missed sessions must be rescheduled within 30 days. All Fees are non-refundable. In case of severe weather or internet/power issues on either side, the session will be rescheduled.

Private Sessions Available: Private virtual sessions are available at $49.50 per 30-minute session. Please contact Ms. Wendy directly to make arrangements.
